1. Identity and scope
Global FullStack Service LLC, 304 S Jones Blvd, Ste 8900, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States, is responsible for data used to operate its website, answer inquiries, and administer relationships with business representatives. Contact: gfullstackservice@gmail.com. For each Business’s customer data, we act as processor on its instructions; the Business is controller and its own notice also applies.
2. Data processed and sources
We receive names, phone numbers, email, language, business details, services, hours, prices, inquiries, billing information, and agreement evidence through communications and configuration. The platform receives WhatsApp Business identifiers, phone numbers, messages and metadata, appointments, customer history, and technical logs. Where voice is contracted, calls and transcripts may be processed. We do not request cards through the assistant or unnecessary sensitive data; information volunteered in a message may enter its content.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use data to answer inquiries, configure and deliver service, identify authorized users, manage appointments, provide support, bill, secure systems, and keep contractual evidence. Depending on applicable law, we rely on the contract or pre-contractual steps, legal duties, legitimate security and administration interests, or consent where required. Customer data are used on the Business’s instructions, not for unrelated purposes.
4. WhatsApp and artificial intelligence
We connect accounts with the Business’s authorization. Necessary message content and context are sent to AI providers to generate responses. We do not sell personal data or use them to train our own or third-party models. Automation assists customer service and scheduling, can make mistakes, and allows recourse to the Business’s human contact. We do not use the service for credit, employment, or other decisions with significant legal effects.
5. Providers and disclosure
Depending on configuration, Meta/WhatsApp and Twilio support messaging and voice, Google Gemini supports responses, Railway hosts applications and databases, and Netlify hosts static legal pages. Google receives communications sent to our Gmail address. The website also loads fonts and resources from Google Fonts and content-delivery networks that receive technical connection data. We disclose only what is necessary for the service, authorized instructions, or valid legal requirements. See the providers page for roles and data categories.
6. Website and browser
Forms prepare an email in the visitor’s application, which the visitor must send to contact us. Hosting and external resources may receive IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages. We add no advertising tracking of our own to these pages. Links to WhatsApp, email, and other services have their own policies. Adding analytics or nonessential cookies requires review of this notice and applicable choices.
7. Retention and deletion
Account, business, conversation, and appointment data are kept during the relationship and deleted or anonymized on a valid request or termination under the DPA. Execution logs have an operational retention of 14 days and may include phone numbers and conversations. Contractual evidence, billing, and legal records may be kept for applicable periods with restricted access. Inquiries are kept as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Backups and external logs follow their deletion cycles; we explain timing and exceptions when handling a request.
8. Security and transfers
We apply restricted access, confidentiality, separation of business data, and encryption in transit under the DPA. Infrastructure described in the agreement is hosted in the United States; other providers may process data in other countries depending on configuration. We do not promise a single exclusive region for every service. Legally required international-transfer safeguards must be established before the relevant processing. No system guarantees absolute security.
9. Rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing gfullstackservice@gmail.com. We verify identity and authority proportionately without asking for passwords or codes. Salon customers should contact their Business first; if you contact us, we route the request to the controller and assist. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain exceptions. You may complain to the competent authority. See the public data-deletion instructions.
10. Links, children, and changes
Legal links may contain encoded, unencrypted information. Calendar links may include an access credential and must not be published. The service is not directed to children under 13; report inappropriate use so it can be addressed with the Business. We publish new versions and communicate material changes. This does not replace historical acceptance records.
