Data deletion instructions
1. Submit a request
Email gfullstackservice@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the business name, associated WhatsApp number with country code, your relationship to that business, and the data or account you want deleted. Do not send passwords, tokens, or verification codes.
2. Customers of a business
If you use a salon or another business’s assistant, that Business is controller of your data. You can request human help through its WhatsApp number. If you contact us directly, Global FullStack Service LLC routes and coordinates the request with that Business unless law requires otherwise.
3. Verification and response
We proportionately verify identity and, for business requests, the representative’s authority. We acknowledge receipt and explain next steps, scope, and applicable timing. We respond within relevant legal deadlines; request updates by replying to the same email. We do not require sensitive documents where a less intrusive method is sufficient.
4. Scope and exceptions
Depending on the request and applicable duties, we delete or anonymize identifying data and conversation history and coordinate appointments, records, and copies with the Business and necessary providers. Technical logs may remain for their 14-day retention; backups follow restricted-access cycles. Agreement evidence, billing, and legal duties may require retention. We explain retained categories, reasons, and the relevant period or criterion; we do not promise instant deletion of all copies.
5. Disconnection and termination
The Business representative may request WhatsApp disconnection and revoke the relevant permissions in Meta or its communications provider. Disconnection does not automatically delete previous data or cancel the subscription: also specify whether you want data deleted or service terminated. On contract termination, the DPA allows 30 days to request return or deletion. We cannot delete messages on another person’s phone or data independently processed by Meta or another provider.
